Our coaches are passionate about cultivating an environment where clients can improve endurance and strength, sculpt a lean and toned physique, and learn a complex skill set through the art of boxing.
Conditioning, aka The Crucible
This class is a high-intensity, sweat-inducing, full-body boxing circuit workout. It’s the perfect blend of boxing, agility, core work, strength training and cardio conditioning all mixed with the mental challenge of staying focused and fighting through fatigue.
Technique, aka Making Masters
Build on your private training and coaching by breaking down the movements and drilling them to perfection. This is where champions are made. By doing it right you will gain better form while still sweating your butt off. We’ve had people come in who have been boxing at an aerobic boxing gym for a year and yet they still couldn’t step and punch properly. The technique class, combined with your Coach for Life sessions, makes sure that does not happen.
Banging Bags, aka Hour of Power
You’ll be working on the heavy bag, the reflex bag and the movement bag in a non-stop fashion while the coach makes sure you are doing it the right way. This is non-stop boxing work where the coach will also be making you work on defense while you’re on the bags. This class is best done once you master your fundamentals and is a tough class that will develop physical conditioning and mental toughness, as well.
During your free private one-on-one consultation, you and your coach will discuss how many private foundations classes you will need before entering regular classes.
These are a combination of personal sessions with your Coach for Life and unlimited group classes.
You get four personally-tailored Coach for Life sessions each month plus unlimited access to group classes. This is an ideal membership for someone with an event such as a wedding or reunion that they are getting ready for or just someone really wanting the best possible results they can get.
You get two Coach for Life sessions each month that are designed to get you to your specific goals. This is recommended for anyone who has no prior boxing experience or those who are not currently in a regular workout program.
You will get one session each month with your Coach for Life. This is our base membership and we do not recommend starting any lower than this if you are brand new to boxing or a fitness program.
This is for those who have been training with us for a year or more or those who come to us with extensive boxing and fitness experience. Includes check-in with your coach once every third month.
